15% of the birds
entered must be clocked for a race to be official. If less than %15 |
|||||
|
is clocked at the
end of the duration it will be extended 1 (one) day. |
|||||
|
When you clock a bird
call the race secretary at 765-860-4261 and report your clocking |
|||||
|
until the 15% quota is met. |
|||||
|
II. |
Postponements and
Cancellations |
||||
|
In case a race, other
than one shipped with Louisville, cannot be flown as |
|||||
|
scheduled the race and basketing
will be held the next calendar day. If
it cannot be flown |
|||||
|
on two consecutive days
an old bird race will be cancelled and in the case of a young bird |
|||||
|
race the entire schedule will be moved back one
week. If two or more weekends are lost
|
|||||
|
the race committee will meet to determine the
remaining schedule. Notification of a |
|||||
|
postponement or cancellation will be made by noon on basketing day if at all possible. |

III. |
Shipping Limits |
||||
|
1. Fifteen (15) birds per loft location for
OLD BIRD RACES shipped with Louisville. |
|||||
|
2. Thirty (30) birds per loft location for
both OLD & YOUNG BIRD RACES shipped with CIRPC. |
|||||
|
3. B race limits will be determined by
subtracting the total shipped to the A race from |
|||||
|
and dividing the remainder by the number of lofts
participating in the B race.. |
